COVID SCREENING

We ask that all our families please continue to complete the Covid-19 School Screener  https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ every morning before coming to school.  It is still extremely important that anyone feeling ill or with any symptom should not attend school.  Thank you for your time and help in completing the screener daily! 

 

WEATHER

As we enter the month of May, please remember that with the weather changing it is always a good idea to send an extra set of clothes as our fields can get muddy at times.

 

LUNCHBOX ORDERS

Just a reminder that lunchbox orders are still available.  All ordering is done through lunchboxorders.com please refer to the Lunchbox orders letter for more information LBSCO Program Intro Letter – Sandhills Public School

 

TUCK SHOP TUESDAY & THURSDAY

Sales are during the 2nd nutrition break every Tuesday and Thursday. Cash only please. 

Chocolate and vanilla swirl frozen yogurt and Sorbet will be available for $4.25. 

Butter and Salt, Salt n Vinegar, White Cheddar or Dill Pickle flavored popcorn will be available for $2.

Terra Cotta Cookies $1

Chocolate Chip Delight,  White Chocolate Fudge and Triple Chocolate Chip Delight.  All cookies are individually wrapped and are peanut free.

 

School Staffing Updates

We would like to share that Jamie Scott is now off on a parental leave and Adam Gray is replacing her in 5/6B. 

Jess D’Angelo in K3 will be finishing her time with us on May 10th. The regular classroom educator, Amberlee Bankmann will be returning from her parental leave.

We want to share that Grace Gibney recently married and now goes by Mrs. Willis so if you hear your student mention this name, you will know it is the same great educator.

Finally, we want to share that Merisa Lukoji has joined K1 as the one of the designated early childhood educators.

 

School Council
