Please ensure that you call or email the attendance line to inform us of your child’s absence. We are experiencing higher than normal absences and when the office is aware of the absence it helps to support our Safe Arrival Program. Thank you for helping the school with attendance.

COVID SCREENING
We ask that all our families please continue to complete the Covid-19 School Screener https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ every morning before coming to school.
APPOINTMENTS
We ask that you please try to coordinate pick up times for appointments with nutrition breaks to minimize the amount of time you are waiting for your student. When students are already outside, it may take some time to locate them and have them gather their items which then results in you having to wait. Thanks in advance for your help!
ARRIVING ON TIME AT SCHOOL IS SO IMPORTANT
Please be reminded that school attendance is important in your child’s development and arriving on time is just as important! Daily classroom routines and learning is interrupted when students arrive late to school. We ask that you please do your best and have your child at school for our morning bell at 8:35. This will help ensure everyone is able to do their best learning.

TUCK SHOP TUESDAY & THURSDAY
We would like to begin by thanking everyone for your support with our Tuck Shop.
Sales are during the 2nd nutrition break every Tuesday and Thursday. Cash only please.
Chocolate and vanilla swirl frozen yogurt and Sorbet will be available for $4.25.
Butter and Salt, Salt n Vinegar, White Cheddar or Dill Pickle flavored popcorn will be available for $2.
Terra Cotta Cookies $1
Chocolate Chip Delight, White Chocolate Fudge and Triple Chocolate Chip Delight. All cookies are individually wrapped and are peanut free.
STAFFING UPDATE
We would like to say thank you and all the best to Jamie Scott as she begins her parental leave. Adam Gray will be joining class 5/6B as their new educator until the end of this school year.
DOGS ON SCHOOL PROPERTY
We would like to remind our community again that if you are on school property with a dog to please keep them on a tight leash. Not all students like dogs and some have had an experience that has them fearing them.
