PIZZA ORDERS – JANUARY TO MARCH 2020 – NOW OPEN ON SCHOOL-DAY

Deadline for orders is Dec 18, 2019.  

Pizza is available every Wednesday at the second nutrition break.  You will be ordering for every Wednesday from January 8th – March 25, 2020.  (January 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th; February 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th; March 4th, 11th & 25th)

We will once again be offering Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza.

Pricing for the 11 weeks: 

  • 1 slice = $22.00
  • 2 slices = $44.00
  • 3 slices = $66.00

Please note:  If your child is absent, we do not offer refunds.  We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Payment by Credit Card or Debit/Visa is preferred.  If paying by cash, please send in exact change with your order number.   Cheques are not accepted. 

 

FUNDRAISER UPDATE

A huge THANK YOU to all the families, friends and staff who came out to support our Indigo Fundraiser in November.  We raised $780.00 to purchase books for our students!!  Great job Suns!! 

 

MEETING CANCELLATION   

PLEASE NOTE:  The December School Council Meeting has been CANCELLED.  Jump Fundraising will be discussed at the next council meeting in the New Year.

 

WINTER CONCERT 

Please save the date!  Sandhills will be hosting our school concerts this year on Wednesday, January 22nd at 1:30 pm and on Thursday, January 23rd at 6:30 pm.  More details to follow in the new year!

 

Gratitude

This month’s Umbrella Trait is gratitude and it couldn’t be more appropriate for this time of the year. With the colder weather upon us, we are reminded how fortunate we are to have warm clothes, a roof over our heads and food in our stomachs. We live in a war-free country and have so many liberties and freedoms. These are just some of the many gifts that we should appreciate and acknowledge as these privileges have been hard fought for by many.
