As we look to the end of this school year, we want to provide you with some direction and expectations to support a smooth close to the school year. Your student(s) will have one final opportunity to connect with their teacher on Friday, June 25th, or Monday, June 28th. A class specific schedule is below. Should you need to arrange an alternate time, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
Students will have the opportunity to collect any remaining personal belongings, return Chromebooks, library books, or classroom materials, and have a brief in-person connection with their teacher. At this time, teachers will also distribute Term 2 Report Cards and a paper copy of asynchronous activities.
Distance Learning students are invited to come to the school on either June 25th or 28th between 10 am and 2 pm to return their Chromebook at the main office door. All students who are registered for Remote Learning in September must also return their devices.
To ensure and support the continued health and safety protocols of all students, family members, and staff, we remind families to please only attend at your family’s designated time(s) and ensure that all family members have passed the COVID Screening tool before arriving on site.
All families are encouraged to arrive on foot, where they will be met by a staff member who will guide you to your students’ meeting location. The parking lot will be closed. Should you choose to drive, consider using one of the ‘Drive-to-5’ locations. Should you require an accessible parking spot, please contact the office.
