The Waterloo Region District School Board is pleased to confirm that Sandhills Public School will be offering the Extended Day Program for Junior Kindergarten to Grade Two students during the 2016-2017 school year.
****Required Actions ****
1.) Families who have not pre-registered through “OneList  Waterloo Region”,  and wish to have childcare during the 2016-2017 school year, please log into http://www.wrdsb.ca/beforeafter  to pre-register for the program.

2.) Families who have pre-registered will receive an email by the end of June from “OneList Waterloo Region” to remind you to complete your registration information and update your child[ren] care schedule.

Please note we accept ongoing registrations throughout the year with two weeks advanced notice.

3.) If your child[ren] schedule is not entered in “OneList Waterloo Region” by August 19th 2016, your child[ren] will not be registered to commence the Extended Day Program  on September 6th 2016.  All schedule changes must be made 2 weeks in advance as per the schedule change policy.

Please be reminded that all Extended Day Programs will begin on Tuesday September 6th, 2016. The Extended Day room will be posted at the main entrance of the school.  Kindergarten students will participate in a staggered entry process. The Extended Day Program will offer a full day of care on these days.  If your child is scheduled in “OneList Waterloo Region” there is no additional cost to attend on these days.
