YEARBOOK ORDER FORM

 The Sandhills School council would like to provide you with the opportunity to purchase the Sandhills P.S. 2013 – 2014 Yearbook. It is a wonderful keepsake of your child’s school year experiences shared with teachers and classmates to treasure for years to come!

Sandhills P.S. requires written consent from parents/guardians to publish each child’s photograph along with their first name and initial (e.g., John S) in the yearbook.  An order form was sent home before March Break.  If you need another copy, please feel to pick one up at the office. Your signature is needed and the completed form must be returned to school no later than Thursday, April 17^th, 2014. 

***If we do not receive your signed consent, your child(ren)’s photo(s) will not be published in the yearbook.
