Registration for Junior and new-to-school Senior Kindergaten students for September, 2014 will take place at Sandhills on Thursday February 13th on an appointment basis.  Please call the school directly at 519-744-4430 to book your appointment.

Junior Kindergarten Eligibility:  any child who was born in 2010 and lives in the Sandhills catchment area.

Senior Kindergarten Eligiblity: any child who was born in 2009 and lives in the Sandhills catchment area.

Registration Notes – Please make sure you bring the following information when you come to register your child:

• the orginial copy of the student’s proof of birth (e.g., passports and birth certificates – please not a health card is not a valid proof of birth document)
• the original copy of the student’s immunization record (or letter of exemption if applicable)
• proof of address (e.g., real estate contract, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)

If you are unable to attend on February 13th, please make note of the following central registration opportunities.  These registration events will take place as follows:

• Saturday February 8, 2014 – WRDSB Education Centre, Cambridge Room – 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 -.m.
• Tuesday February 11, 2104 – Bluevale CI – 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday February 12, 2014 – Forest Heights CI –  5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday February 13, 2014 – Galt CI –  5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
